It all started with a daydream in a kitchen, 35,000 feet above...
J's Cuisine: Seoul Eats was born out of a shared passion for great food and world cultures, brought to life by the J's family, all of whom come from the aviation industry. Owner James, an airline transport pilot, and his brother Jason, a former military serviceman currently training to become a pilot, teamed up with Jessica, a former senior flight attendant for one of the worldโs top airlines. Together, their extensive travels introduced them to diverse foods and cultures, inspiring them to start their own restaurant.
Their vision turned into reality in February 2017 with the opening of Jโs Cuisine, offering special Korean fusion cuisine to the Downtown Fullerton community. After years of perseverance and faith, they found the perfect place to share their favorite Korean comfort foods with a local twist.
